When the house is empty, we can clean differently

An empty home gives us access to places that are difficult to reach during ordinary housekeeping. We work through the home with an empty-house checklist, paying attention to the kitchen, bathrooms, cabinets, drawers, closets, trim, fixtures, floors, and other areas that matter during an inspection or handoff.

Timing around a move, inspection, or closing

Tell us the possession date, closing date, landlord inspection, or other deadline in your request. We'll schedule the cleaning around that date whenever the schedule allows. If movers, photographers, stagers, or other vendors are involved, tell us that too so we can understand the sequence.

What to tell us when you request a move clean

The most useful information is whether the home will be occupied or empty, the approximate size, its current condition, the date you need it completed, and whether there is an inspection, closing, or other deadline. Mention appliances or areas that need particular attention.

How pricing works

We bill for time on site by the cleaner-hour — every hour each cleaner is on the job counts as one. Two cleaners for four hours is eight cleaner-hours. There's a three-hour minimum, billed in quarter-hour increments.

Example: at $60 per cleaner-hour, eight cleaner-hours is $480. The $60 figure is only an example — your rate is confirmed when we book.

Do I need to be completely moved out before the cleaning?

An empty home is easiest to clean thoroughly, but tell us if the home will still contain furniture or belongings. We can use that information to plan the work.

Can you clean before a landlord inspection?

Yes. Put the inspection deadline in your request so we can plan the cleaning around it.

Can you schedule around a real-estate closing?

Yes. Include the possession or closing date in the request. The more advance notice you can provide, the easier it is to coordinate the timing.

Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?

How is move-out cleaning priced?

Move cleaning is billed by the cleaner-hour, with a three-hour minimum and quarter-hour increments. Because condition varies, we do not use a one-price-fits-all flat quote.
