What we collect
When you submit our request form we collect the contact and job details you provide (name, email, phone, address, and a description of the work). If you join our email list we collect your email address. We use Google Analytics and our own self-hosted Matomo to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, and approximate location). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browsing activity on this site; Matomo runs without cookies. We do not use either for advertising, and we run no advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform work, send the updates you asked for, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate: our scheduling and client-portal software, our email newsletter service, our website host, an analytics provider (Google), a web-font provider (which receives visitors' IP addresses to serve fonts), and — where used — a spam-prevention service. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
