Carpet, upholstery, and the surfaces cleaning alone misses

Carpet, sofas, rugs, and tile all hold soil that vacuuming and wiping cannot reach. Scrub Pop arranges deep extraction cleaning for those surfaces as part of the same relationship you already have with us — one request, one point of contact, one invoice. You never deal with a separate company.

What we clean

  • Wall-to-wall carpet, including traffic lanes and spot treatment
  • Upholstered furniture: sofas, sectionals, chairs, and mattresses
  • Area rugs
  • Tile, stone, and grout
  • Leather furniture
  • Granite countertop cleaning and renewal

The process

Cleaning uses a hot carbonating extraction method that lifts soil with less water than traditional steam cleaning, so carpet and upholstery are usually dry within a few hours rather than a day. Heavily soiled areas and set-in spots get targeted pre-treatment first.

Carpet stretching and repair

Carpet that has loosened, rippled, or buckled can be re-stretched and secured. Damaged sections can be patched, and seams that have separated can be repaired. Re-stretching is common after a move, after furniture has been dragged, or as carpet ages.

Pet stains and odor

Cleaning removes many surface pet stains. When urine has reached the pad or subfloor, the smell comes back after a normal cleaning dries. That situation needs the dedicated treatment described on the pet stain and odor removal page, and it can be done during the same appointment.

How to plan the work

Tell us the rooms involved, rough square footage or furniture pieces, the fiber if you know it, and the condition — traffic wear, spots, pet exposure, or specific stains. That lets us quote accurately before anything is scheduled.

How pricing works

We give you a quote before any work is scheduled, based on the details you provide — surfaces, square footage, access, and condition. The more you can tell us up front, the more accurate it is.

Occasionally what we find on site differs from what was described: heavier buildup, harder access, hidden damage, or more area than expected. If that happens we stop and talk with you before doing the extra work — nothing gets added without your go-ahead. If the job turns out smaller than quoted, the price comes down.

Quotes are valid for 30 days and assume normal working conditions and access. Materials, disposal, and permits (when needed) are billed at cost on top of the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Do you move furniture?
We move light, easily shifted pieces to reach the carpet under them. Heavy furniture, electronics, and anything fragile stays in place, and we clean around it. Let us know in the request if you need a room fully cleared.
How long until the carpet is dry?
Most carpet is dry within a few hours. Drying time depends on the fiber, how soiled the carpet was, airflow, and the weather that day.
Can you get out pet stains and odor?
Surface stains often come out with the cleaning. Odor that has soaked into the pad or subfloor needs the dedicated pet treatment on the pet stain and odor removal page, which we can schedule at the same visit.
Can you clean wool or antique area rugs?
Yes, with a gentler process suited to the fiber. Tell us the rug type and any known damage in your request, and we will confirm what we can clean and whether it needs to be cleaned off site.
