- Listing prep cleaning — a detail clean aimed at photos and showings.

How scheduling works
Put the closing, possession, or photo date in the request and we schedule the clean to land just before it. Move cleans are typically a half or full day; listing prep is usually shorter. The cleaning is billed by the cleaner-hour with a three-hour minimum, in quarter-hour increments — no flat quote up front, though you can set a not-to-exceed cap. Windows, carpets, and exterior work are quoted upon request.
